Short Description:

Transformer Fin Welding Machine is a special welding machine for transformer oil tank corrugated fin seam welding and reinforcing bar welding. It includes the spot welding machine and seam welding function, Use an air cylinder to clamp the fins, then welding gun move from top to bottom through ball screw driven by DC speed motor and weld the fins properly. Adopt air cylinder feeding, the machine can work continuously. The whole electric circuit is controlled by a PLC system the machine can run in full automation mode.

Composition of Transformer Automatic Welding Machine:

The welding machine is composed of three parts: feeding roller, main machine, discharge roller. The main transformer welding machine includes the base, two sets of symmetrical width adjustable slider, transfer device, positioning device, welding device, two sets of MIG welding machines, compressed air system, and electric control system.

The machine is easy to be operated, the operator adjusts the slider according to corrugated fin width before operated and inputs the parameters into the touch screen, such as welding corrugated fin (height, corrugation pitch distance) and welding speed, welding form, etc. The operator put the corrugated fin into the main machine from the feeding roller by manual, the sensor set up at the entrance of the main equipment starts to operate automatically after receiving the signal
