This Wire Lacquering Machine is a customized high temperature wire high speed curing lacquering equipment. It can be used for three times surface coating for the braided coat of high temperature wire with outer diameter range of 2mm to 5mm. 

The Main Device of lacquering machine include:

 24 head pay-off rack  one unit, 

24 head into line damper   one unit

24 head torque motor single speed automatic lacquering tower (with 400°C explosion-proof hot air generator 3 sets) 

24 single speed 6 roller 6 drive tractor  one unit

24 head independent torque speed regulating take up machine 

and detachable operating platform 

The minimum smooth running speed of the lacquering tower is 3.6 m/min, the maximum smooth running speed is 18 m/min, Wire diameter 2–5mm, the core is multiple strands of wire. The highest temperature of the lower heating section shall not be lower than 250°, and the highest temperature of the upper heating section shall not be lower than 400 °, and the temperature of the fourth section shall be controlled.  lacquering process: self-paint drop dipping tank is used for lacquering. A roller driven by torque motor is set in the tank, and there is no lacquering scraping device. Monochrome paint tank. This equipment is with monochrome paint tank only.  Customer can do different color lacquering by changing paint tank at very economic way.
