HIM-1000 Fully Automatic APG Machine, is equipped with touch screen for controlling all the steps, and can work automatically from Injection to the last step-open the mold with finished product.

1. Fully automatic injection system

The injection system is mainly aimed at automatic control of the air pressure in the mixing tank of the injection pot. The automatic control of the injection process (air intake, constant pressure, pressure compensation, and pressure reduction) is realized, which effectively prevents product defects caused by human factors, improves the qualification rate, reduces labor, and reduces labor costs. 2. Remote monitoring operation and maintenance

The user can connect the equipment through the state network or on-site WIFI; realize the terminal equipment such as mobile phones and computers to monitor the APG field equipment.

After the equipment is networked, the manufacturer realizes the remote maintenance of the equipment to assist the customer to deal with various problems in the production process at a high speed and effectively;

3. Autonomous programming

The user can set the sequence of actions in the programming page according to the needs of the production process; the device can automatically work according to the set sequence.
